  • Q – How long does shipping take? 
  • Items ship within a week. Please be extra patient for orders outside of the US – international orders can sometimes take a few weeks to be delivered. 
  • Q – Do you ship to [my country]?
  • Most likely yes! If you type in your address in at checkout, you can view shipping options and prices before checking out. Please note that for international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country.
  • Q – I placed an order, how do I modify/cancel it?
  • Once an order is placed, the sale is final. I do not offer refunds once the order is processed. You can email me and I will try my best to accommodate your request, but I can’t guarantee it.
  • Q – Do you accept returns/exchanges?
  • No, but I will help if you do not receive your order, or receive an incorrect or damaged item. In those cases, please email me: airoria6@gmail.com
  • Q – How do I track my order?
  • You should receive a shipping confirmation right after you place your order, and a follow up email with the tracking link within a week from ordering. If the order is small (for example: only one or two stickers or below 10USD) then it will ship with no tracking number.
  • Q – I didn’t receive my order/something else is wrong/I need more help.
